This website is where you can see my work, learn about booking, and send in your ideas.

I collect information in three main ways:

1. Information you give me directly
2. Information collected automatically when you use the site
3. Information from third‑party tools used on the site

3.1 Information you give me

You may share personal information with me when you:

• Fill out a contact form
• Submit a booking request or consultation request
• Send an email or text
• Call or text me at (905) 467-0951
• Send a direct message after clicking through to Instagram

The information you share might include:

• Preferred dates and times
• Tattoo ideas, reference images and placement details
• Any notes you choose to share about your health or skin

I only ask for the minimum details needed to reply, book you in, or understand your idea.

Please avoid sending sensitive medical information. If something needs to be discussed, we can talk through it directly.

I do not share your personal information with other artists or studios for marketing. If I ever think another artist would be a better fit for your idea, I will only share your details if you agree.

• Using passwords and access controls
• Limiting who can access booking and contact records (only me)
• Avoiding paper records where possible

No system is perfect, but I work to keep your personal details protected.

If I ever become aware of a data breach that affects your personal information, I will contact you when the law requires me to and explain what happened and what you can do.

Depending on where you live and the privacy laws that apply, you may have rights over your personal information, including:

• The right to know what personal information I hold about you
• The right to get a copy of that information
• The right to correct information that is wrong or incomplete
• The right to ask me to delete your information, within legal limits

Those services collect and use data under their own privacy policies. I do not control how they handle your information. I recommend reading their policies before you share personal details with them.

This site is built and run in Canada, and my main clients are in Toronto and the GTA. If you visit from another country, your information may be transferred to and stored in Canada or other locations where my service providers operate.

By using the site, you understand that your information may be handled outside your home country, where privacy laws may be different.

I may update this privacy policy from time to time to reflect:
