Not every Toronto tattoo shop works this way

Most searches for “tattoo shops in Toronto Ontario” pull up busy parlours with flash walls and constant traffic. That works for some people.

If you are looking for a slower, more focused session, you might want something different from a typical Toronto tattoo parlor. I keep things simple. Clean space, one artist, one client booked for that block of time.

My hours are Mon–Sat, 12–8. I work out of a professional, inspected space in Toronto, but I do not run a big shop or a salon. You book directly with me and you know exactly who is doing your tattoo.

02

What I actually do with your idea

You might be looking at tattoo places in Toronto because:

  • You want your first tattoo and you are nervous about choosing wrong.
  • You already collect tattoos and now you want finer detail or realism.

My work leans into:

  • Fine line tattoos. Clean, minimal, high detail.
  • Realism. Portraits, objects, nature pieces with depth and shading.
  • Dark / blackwork. Solid blacks, contrast and composition.
  • Traditional / modern traditional. Bold lines and timeless shapes.

You bring me an idea, reference or story. I build a custom design that fits your body. Composition matters. Flow matters. The piece has to sit right when you move.

I do not do colour pieces. Saying no keeps my work sharp in the styles I care about most.

03

Why work with one artist instead of a busy Toronto tattoo shop

I have been tattooing for 6 years. I learned at SJ Tattoo Studio in Toronto, watching and asking questions from the artists there, then putting in the hours on the machine.

Now my focus is narrow on purpose. Fine line, realism and blackwork are technical. You see every wobble. I care about consistency more than volume.

When you book with me:

  • You get a free 10–15 minute consult, video or in person, before every booking.
  • I block the time for you only. No walk-ins pushed in front of you.
  • I am honest about what will age well and what will blur out.

Toronto has a lot of good tattoo artists. The reason to choose me is not hype. It is a steady, careful approach to detailed black and grey work, one piece at a time.

04

What a session with me feels like

On the day of your appointment, we start with placement. I print the stencil, we check it on your skin, and we adjust until the flow feels right.

The space is quiet. No crowd around you. We can talk through the process or keep it calm and focused. Most people feel a steady buzz rather than sharp pain, and I take breaks when you need them.

I clean the area, set up fresh needles and single-use items, and work at a pace that keeps the lines smooth. I am certified in bloodborne pathogens and work in a public health inspected space in Toronto. Safety is not an extra. It is standard.

When we are done, I wrap the piece and go over aftercare in simple steps so healing is as smooth as possible.

Pricing, deposits and how booking works

  • Deposits: $100 small, $200 medium, $400 full day.
  • Deposits go toward the final price and are refundable with 72 hours’ notice.
